About ordering
- Please order one course per person. *Some courses may not be available for same-day ordering.
- We can accommodate allergies and ingredients you dislike. Please specify details in the request field.
- On the day of your visit, it may take a considerable amount of time from ordering to service. Please contact us as soon as your course selection is confirmed.
- All-you-can-drink is available for parties of 4 or more. When ordering, please select both the course and the all-you-can-drink option.
About number of guests
- Small children who will not eat the course should be entered as “7 years and under.” Children who will eat the course should be counted as adults.
About children
- Children are welcome (infants, preschoolers, and elementary school children accepted). A children’s menu is available.
- On weekday evenings, only children who will be dining from the adult course are permitted to enter.
- On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, we can provide a separate room for nursing and diaper changing.
- Hot water for baby formula and children’s tableware are available.
- Baby food and children’s set meals are available by advance reservation.
About payment
- Cash is not accepted. (Cards and electronic payments accepted)
- A 10% service charge will be added during all business hours.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations on the day, including reductions in the number of guests, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- For reservations of seating only:
On the day of reservation: lunch ¥2,000 (tax included) per person; dinner ¥5,000 (tax included) per person.
*If the number of guests is reduced on the day, the above cancellation fees will apply.
For reservations of 10 or more guests (20 or more during busy periods)
We require a “Reservation Confirmation” to be executed via CloudSign or FAX. The reservation will be confirmed once the Reservation Confirmation has been completed. Our concierge will contact you separately.
Cancellation fees for large parties are as follows:
- 3 days before the reservation: 50% of the total amount
- 1 day before the reservation: 80% of the total amount
- On the day of the reservation: 100% of the total amount
*If the number of guests is reduced on the day, the above cancellation fees will apply.
