About ordering
- Please order one course per person. *Some courses may not be available for same-day ordering.
- We can accommodate allergies and ingredients you dislike. Please provide details in the request field.
- On the day of your visit, it may take a considerable amount of time from ordering to serving. Please contact us as soon as your course selection is decided.
- All-you-can-drink is available for parties of 4 or more. When ordering, please select both a course and the all-you-can-drink option.
About party size for reservations
- Small children who will not eat a course should be entered as “7 years and under.” Children who will eat a course should be included in the adult headcount.
About children
- Children are welcome (infants, preschoolers, and elementary-age children welcome). Children’s menu available.
- On weekday evenings, entry is limited to children who will order an adult course.
- On weekends and holidays, we can provide a separate room for breastfeeding and diaper changes.
- Hot water for formula and children’s tableware are available.
- Baby food and children’s set meals are available by advance reservation.
About payment
- Cash is not accepted. (Card and electronic money payments accepted.)
Cancellation fees
- Cancellations on the day, including reductions in the number of guests, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- For reservations of seats only:
Reservation day — Lunch: ¥2,000 (tax incl.) per person; Dinner: ¥4,000 (tax incl.) per person
*If the number of guests is reduced on the day, the above cancellation fees will apply.
For reservations of 10 or more guests (20 or more during busy periods)
We require signing a “Reservation Confirmation” via CloudSign or fax. Please note that the reservation is confirmed only after the Reservation Confirmation has been completed. Our concierge will contact you again.
Cancellation fees for large parties are as follows:
- 3 days before reservation: 50% of the total amount
- 1 day before reservation: 80% of the total amount
- On the reservation day: 100% of the total amount
