*When it's crowded, it's very difficult to get through to the phone, so please wake up so you don't be late for your reservation.
▶If you cancel without notice on the day of your reservation, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the meal for each person as a cancellation fee.

Cash, credit card, QR payment, transportation IC, and electronic money can be used for payment at the store.
▶You will need to register your credit card when making a reservation. * Since it is not a pre-payment, we will conduct a credit check with a 50 yen withdrawal.
▶It is not completed with the card you registered at the time of reservation. Please pay at the store on the day.
▶If you are making a reservation for 7 or more people, please divide the reservation into 3 or 4 people.
▶When making a reservation for 5 to 6 people, the seats may be spaced apart.
▶If children will be eating the same menu as adults, please enter the number as the number of adults.
▶Seating time is limited to 50 minutes per group.

Freshly shaved bonito flakes on rice
Freshly cooked kama(japanese tradition　cauldron) rice and freshly shaved dried bonito flakes are used.
The egg yolk soaked in soy sauce is added on top for an even deeper flavor.
This is a bowl of rice topped with the best of the ingredients.
②国産サーモンの棒寿司
Sushi with Japanese Salmon
Carefully selected domestic salmon is used, and each and every cooking process is carefully considered.
It is carefully and wholeheartedly prepared.
Please enjoy it with bubble soy sauce.

5) Simmered Anago Hitsumabushi
Hitsumabushi is a traditional dish of white rice topped with grilled eel, soy-based sauce, and spices such as Japanese pepper.
The Dashi broth is richly flavored with dried bonito flakes and kelp.
