▶If we are unable to confirm your arrival 30 minutes after your reservation time, we regret to inform you that your reservation will be canceled.

▶Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the restaurant. Leaving your seat to smoke during your meal is also prohibited as it disturbs other customers and the neighborhood.

▶Please refrain from wearing scented perfume, hair styling products, antiperspirants, etc. If you are disturbing other customers, we may refuse entry.

▶We regret to inform you that we do not allow children who do not eat a set course meal to enter the restaurant. This service is available for reservations of private rooms or exclusive counter seating.

▶Cancellation fees apply under the following conditions:
2 days (48 hours) prior to reservation: Up to 50%
1 day (24 hours) prior to reservation: Up to 100%
For private rooms and exclusive reservations: 7 days prior to reservation: Up to 100%
