【Reservations】
◆ At Melody, we only accept reservations from guests who are opting for packages such as afternoon tea.
Reservations for seats alone during tea time or bar hours cannot be accommodated.
◆ Please note that we may not be able to fulfill requests regarding seat preferences.
◆ There is a limited daily quota for afternoon tea sets. If we’re unable to accommodate your preferred date, please consider another date.
◆ Persons under the age of 20 are not permitted to enter during bar hours (17:00–23:00).
◆ When taking photos during your visit, please ensure you do not disturb other guests. For privacy reasons, staff may ask you to refrain from taking photos depending on the circumstances.

【Arrival Information】
◆ If we are unable to reach you even after 30 minutes past your reserved time, we may unfortunately have to treat it as a cancellation. Please be sure to contact us if you expect to be late.

【Cancellation Policy】
Cancellation or changes to reservations will incur the following fees:
・Day before: 50%
・Same day (regardless of whether notified or not): 100%

We recommend that you enjoy the taste of afternoon tea at this time, and the "chestnut" is the main corner of the autumn day. The tea dishes are mainly made with chestnuts and sweets, and are fully displayed with a rich aroma and rich flavor, with a rich color scheme of seasonal autumn fruits and various Harney & Sons selections of tea drinks. Wherever the Buddha is, time is still and graceful space, time is full of compassion, and time is relaxed, and each experience is unique and special treatment.
