【Reservations】
◆ At Melody, we only accept reservations from guests who are opting for packages such as afternoon tea.
Reservations for seats alone during tea time or bar hours cannot be accommodated.
◆ Please note that we may not be able to fulfill requests regarding seat preferences.
◆ There is a limited daily quota for afternoon tea sets. If we’re unable to accommodate your preferred date, please consider another date.
◆ Persons under the age of 20 are not permitted to enter during bar hours (17:00–23:00).
◆ When taking photos during your visit, please ensure you do not disturb other guests. For privacy reasons, staff may ask you to refrain from taking photos depending on the circumstances.

【Arrival Information】
◆ If we are unable to reach you even after 30 minutes past your reserved time, we may unfortunately have to treat it as a cancellation. Please be sure to contact us if you expect to be late.

【Cancellation Policy】
Cancellation or changes to reservations will incur the following fees:
・Day before: 50%
・Same day (regardless of whether notified or not): 100%

※ Changes in the number of guests or dates may also be subject to cancellation fees. Please understand this in advance.
