◆ At Melody, we only accept reservations from guests who are opting for packages such as afternoon tea.
Reservations for seats alone during tea time or bar hours cannot be accommodated.
◆ Please note that we may not be able to fulfill requests regarding seat preferences.
◆ There is a limited daily quota for afternoon tea sets. If we’re unable to accommodate your preferred date, please consider another date.
◆ Persons under the age of 20 are not permitted to enter during bar hours (17:00–23:00).
◆ When taking photos during your visit, please ensure you do not disturb other guests. For privacy reasons, staff may ask you to refrain from taking photos depending on the circumstances.

◆ If we are unable to reach you even after 30 minutes past your reserved time, we may unfortunately have to treat it as a cancellation. Please be sure to contact us if you expect to be late.

The tea dishes are mainly made with chestnuts and sweets, and are fully displayed with a rich aroma and rich flavor, with a rich color scheme of seasonal autumn fruits and various Harney & Sons selections of tea drinks.
