【About Ordering】
- Please order one course per person. *Some courses may not be available to order on the day.
- We can accommodate allergies and ingredients you cannot eat. Please provide details in the request field.
- On the day of your visit, there may be a long wait between ordering and serving. Please contact us as soon as your course selection is decided.
- All-you-can-drink is available for groups of 4 or more. When ordering, please select both the course and the all-you-can-drink menu.

【Reservation Headcount】
- Small children who will not have a course should be entered under “7 years old and under.” Children who will have a course should be included in the “Adults” headcount.

【Children】
- Children welcome (infants, preschoolers, and elementary school children accepted). Children’s menu available.
- We can provide hot water for formula and children’s tableware.
- For baby food, children’s set meals, and other children’s menu items, please make a reservation by the day before.

【Payment】
- Cash is not accepted. (Card and electronic payments accepted.)

【Cancellation Fee】
- Same-day cancellations, including a reduction in the number of guests, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- For seat-only reservations:
On the reservation day: Lunch ¥2,000 (tax included) per person; Dinner ¥4,000 (tax included) per person.
* If the number of guests is reduced on the day, the above cancellation fees will apply.

【Smoking】
E-cigarettes are permitted only at certain seats. Please contact us for details.

【Reservations for groups of 10 or more (20 or more during busy periods)】
We require a signed “Reservation Confirmation” via CloudSign or fax. Please note your reservation will be confirmed once the “Reservation Confirmation” has been completed. Our concierge will contact you separately.

The following cancellation fees will apply:
- 3 days before the reservation: 50% of the total amount
- 1 day before the reservation: 80% of the total amount
- On the reservation day: 100% of the total amount

* If the number of guests is reduced on the day, the above cancellation fees will apply.
* In December (busy season), some courses may not be available. Please contact us by phone for details.
