▶Cancellation of lunch reservations must be received before 11:30 am (local time), and dinner reservations by 6:00 pm (local time) on the day of reservation. No-shows or late cancellation will incur a charge of JPY5,500 per person for lunch and JPY11,000 per person for dinner reservations.
▶Arrivals of more than 30 minutes past the reserved time will be considered cancelled. Please notify the restaurant if you will be more than 30 minutes late.
