【Feb 8th】DRIFTWOOD Cocktail Sessions
Five top bartenders from London and Japan will come together to create 10 signature cocktails, crafted from a variety of spirits, for this one-day-only experience.
Enjoy the glittering Tokyo night view from the 43rd floor of the hotel and a live DJ performance that will envelop the space.
Each of the five bartenders will infuse their individual philosophies and sensibilities into a unique cocktail experience, served simultaneously across DRIFTWOOD's three bars.

After gaining experience at renowned bars in Singapore and London, Gento opened his own bar, "Waltz," which is already a huge hit in London.

Makiko Ohtsu | Bar Sebek (Fukuoka)
In 2021, Makiko Ohtsu was crowned Japan Champion at the Suntory The Cocktail Awards.

Fumiaki Nozato | Ista Coffee Elements (Osaka)
Achieved the remarkable feat of winning the top spot in Japan in both the Diageo World Class and the Coffee Cocktail Competition.

Takafumi Makita | Lab (Kyoto)
His Taiwanese bar, "Lab," was selected as one of Asia's 50 Best Bars, and he has now opened a second bar in his hometown of Kyoto.

Masato Ishioka | yozora (Hokkaido, Yoichi)
