Special Dinner Event by Tokyo's Michelin-starred Restaurant "Ensui" to be Held at InterContinental Sapporo
"Ensui" is a charcoal-grilled restaurant run by a chef who trained at the renowned Japanese restaurant "Ryugin," which was selected as one of the World's 50 Best Restaurants. He went independent in 2020 and has already been awarded a Michelin star.
"En" (flame) represents the flames of charcoal fire, and "Sui" (water) represents dashi (broth), a key ingredient in Japanese cuisine. Ensui offers innovative Japanese cuisine that combines charcoal fire and dashi.
As with our restaurant "SAWAKA," you can enjoy one-of-a-kind dishes that harmonize the essence of modern Japanese cuisine with the aroma of charcoal fire.
