Reservation Information

■ Start Times and Late Arrivals
To serve each dish at its best, we generally begin the meal together and serve courses at the same pace for all guests.

Lunch: 12:00 noon
Dinner: 6:30 pm or 7:00 pm
The dinner start time is set according to the first reservation made for that evening. Please arrive on time for your confirmed reservation.

If you arrive late, we may need to serve several courses together or may be unable to serve your meal, so that other guests are not kept waiting.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us, your reservation may be cancelled.

For private bookings of the entire restaurant, please contact us to discuss your preferred arrangements.

■ Seating
We cannot guarantee specific seats, but you are welcome to leave your seating preferences in the comments section.

■ Booking Window and Group Reservations
Online reservations are available up to two months in advance. For dates further ahead, please enquire during your visit or contact us by phone or email.

For parties of six or more, please contact us directly.

For parties of four or more, we may be able to arrange lunch or other bookings outside our regular opening schedule. Please contact us to enquire.

■ Party Size and Solo Guests
For first-time guests, we generally ask for a minimum party size of two. Online reservations are therefore available for parties of two or more only.

If you would like to dine alone, please contact us by phone or email with your preferred date.

Drink pairings cannot be booked on their own; please also reserve a meal course.

■ Dietary Requirements and Menu Changes
Please inform us of any food allergies, dietary requirements or requests requiring menu changes no later than the day before your visit. We generally cannot accommodate menu changes on the day.

We are unable to accommodate vegetarian or vegan diets. For gluten-free requests, please contact us in advance to discuss what may be possible.

■ Additional Guests
Please include all guests, including children, in your reservation. We may be unable to admit anyone who is not included in the booking.

■ Fragrances
Aroma is an essential part of Japanese cuisine. Please refrain from wearing strong perfume, cologne or other strongly scented products.

■ Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees apply to the meal price:
• On the day of your reservation: 100%
• The day before your reservation: 50%

A reduction in party size on the day is also subject to the same cancellation fee for each cancelled guest.

We will not accept future reservations from guests who do not show up or who cancel on the day without a valid reason.
