This one-day wellness experience, themed "Eat Well," aims to educate and create visible change.

Pre-Dietary Assessment

"Eat Well" Mini-Talk
Westin Yokohama Executive Chef Sarah Madigan will hold a mini-talk to deepen your understanding and awareness of how to heal your body through food.

"Eat Well" Special Meal

[Sleep Well] Floating Sound Bath Special Session
This evening wellness event, themed "Sleep Well," aims to bring you peace of mind and deep relaxation.

-Concept: Surrender to sound and water for a deep rest.
-Date: Wednesday, February 18th 2026
-Time: 5:00 PM or 7:00 PM
-Venue: Pool (5th floor) & Lobby Lounge (23rd floor)
-Participation Fee: ¥8,000 (tax included)

[Sleep Well] Floating Sound Bath Special Session

Floating Sound Bath (approx. 60 minutes)
Experience sound healing in the pool. Lie on a floating mattress and float above the water while listening to the sounds of crystal bowls.

This "Move Well" program combines exercise, recovery, and nutrition against the backdrop of Yokohama's iconic Minato Mirai scenery.
