[ALLERGIES, FOOD RESTRICTIONS]
Kindly confirm with your guests and indicate food allergies OR dietary restrictions for each guest (example - Guest 1 with shrimp allergy and no beef; Guest 2 dairy allergy (including butter) and no wasabi; Guest 3 cannot eat raw seafood (seared ok), etc).

Tempura items are prepared in one tempura pot/oil, and all dishes are prepared in the same kitchen with limited space. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate gluten allergy, severe seafood/soy/egg/sesame allergy, or requests for no fish/seafood dashi (broth); vegetarian; non-seafood only; non-vegetable only menu. We cannot guarantee accommodation for dietary requests unconfirmed in advance of the reservation date.
[DOOR OPEN TIME]
Kindly inform your guests that our doors open at 3:00PM, 5:30PM, and 8:00PM for the three seating times. We apologize for not being able to accommodate earlier arrival inside.

[ARRIVAL TIME]
Kindly inform your guests to arrive by 15 minutes past the respective seating times (arrive by 3:15PM, 5:45PM, and 8:15PM). We wait for all groups to arrive and aim to start/proceed for all guests together shortly after. The course is designed to finish within 2:15 hours from the reserved seating time and the end time unfortunately cannot be extended.

[PRE-ASSIGNED SEATING]
Our entire restaurant consists of only 6 seats, facing the open kitchen. ALL GUESTS ARE SEATED IN FRONT OF AND SERVED BY CHEF YOKOTA. We preassign your group's seating at the time of your online reservation.
