Our dinner course features a Nepalese cuisine menu utilizing Nepalese and Japanese ingredients and spices. Although Nepal is a small country, it is incredibly diverse, with distinct cultures, languages, foods, and traditions ranging from the Himalayas to the jungles. Through simple yet unique dishes, we aim to introduce the rich food culture of Nepal."

We are delighted to present the first residency of 2026 at ADI Tokyo, welcoming French chef Justine Pruvot from Marseille from January 26 to 31.
Rooted in classic French techniques, her cuisine places seasonal vegetables at the center, with refined touches of animal proteins served as subtle accents rather than main components.
This special collaboration will be experienced at our intimate 7-seat counter, offering a delicate, season-driven dining experience.
