Our restaurant specializes in "Legendary Wagyu," a beef whose rarity is said to surpass even that of Kobe.
We feature the Takenotani Tsuru Ushi, the oldest cattle lineage in Japan and a true root of modern Wagyu.
And the Ibusana Ushi, a miraculous hybrid that fuses the Tsuru Ushi's powerful red meat umami with the sweet, melt-in-your-mouth fat of modern Kuroge Wagyu.

We serve the most brilliant cuts of the day, prepared as steak or for yakiniku.
The daily-changing menu, written on our blackboard, represents an ichigo ichie—a once-in-a-lifetime encounter that may never be repeated.
