Reservations
Reservations, changes, and cancellations made online must be made 2 hours before on weekdays, and the day before on weekends and holidays. In other cases, please call us to confirm. If we do not hear from you 15 minutes after your reservation time, we will cancel your reservation and charge a cancellation fee for other customers. Please note that seats are limited to 2 hours. If you make a reservation on this site, we will give you a limited number of souvenir beer "weizen cans" for the number of people in your reservation! The staff will hand them over to you when you leave. Please ask the store staff for details.
Weather ・In case of
rain As we operate outdoors, business will be canceled due to rain/stormy weather. We will make a decision by 13:00 on weekdays and by 9:00 on weekends and holidays. If business is canceled, we will contact those who have made a reservation by SMS, so please make sure to enter your reservation number as a phone number that can receive SMS.
・In case of cancellation after visiting the store Please note that refunds cannot be made if the reservation is canceled after visiting the store.
Cancellations If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation regulations will apply. Cancellation on the day of course reservation (without notice) -- 100% Cancellation on the day (with notice) -- 100% Cancellation due to bad weather --- None
