▶ Starting July 15, 2026, we are pleased to introduce our new Premium Dinner Buffet, offering an elevated dining experience that celebrates the seasonal flavors of Kanazawa. Indulge in approximately 50 exquisite dishes featuring the finest seafood from the Hokuriku region, authentic Kaga cuisine, and locally sourced specialties known as Jiwamon. Enhanced by live cooking stations, the buffet offers a vibrant culinary journey designed to delight all five senses.

When making your reservation, please include the number of children aged 3 and under in the total number of guests. If this information is omitted, we may be unable to provide seating for your children.
▶ Dinner Buffet Hours
The Premium Dinner Buffet is available until 9:00 PM, with the last seating at 8:00 PM.
Guests arriving for the final seating at 8:00 PM will have a dining time of one hour. We appreciate your understanding.
【Reservation Policy】
▶ If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation and we are unable to reach you, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation. If you expect to arrive late, please contact us in advance.
▶ For reservations of 10 guests or more, please contact the restaurant directly.
▶ In the event of a cancellation or change in the number of guests on the day of your reservation, the full course price will be charged.

【Seating Information】
▶ While we will make every effort to accommodate seating requests, we are unable to guarantee specific table preferences. We appreciate your understanding.
▶ The restaurant is entirely non-smoking. A designated smoking room is available within the hotel.
▶ Children of all ages are welcome, including infants, preschool children, and elementary school-aged children. A children's menu is available, and strollers are welcome in the restaurant.

Guests dining for lunch, afternoon tea, or dinner are entitled to complimentary parking for up to 3 hours. Hotel underground parking is available with space for up to 58 vehicles, including 13 parking spaces equipped for electric vehicles (EVs).
