The "Spring Afternoon Tea - Fresh Greenery" will be available exclusively on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from Saturday, May 2, 2026, to Sunday, June 28, 2026, at Bar Bellustar, the main bar on the 45th floor.
Enjoy this afternoon tea, featuring luxurious seasonal ingredients and the vibrant colors of lush greenery, while taking in the panoramic views of the metropolis enveloped in the crisp early summer air.
The dessert menu includes three fruit desserts, including the "Matcha and Citrus Bonsai Tartlet," which combines citrus fruits with matcha mousse to resemble a bonsai tree, and the fresh and gently sweet "Melon and Condensed Milk Shortcake," as well as three seasonal vegetable desserts, including fruit tomato jelly and potato mille-feuille, which combine sweet and sour flavors in a refreshing way.
The pastry chef's skill and ingenuity shine through in the taste and appearance of the desserts, which fully capture the spirit of the fresh greenery of the season.
