Hakkaisan Brewery, located in Minamiuonuma, one of Japan's snowiest regions and a place "beloved by the god of sake," draws its brewery water from the sacred Mount Hakkai, known as "Raiden-sama no Shimizu." ■Buffet Menu

Fresh salads, fruits, cereals, yogurt, bread, and soup are lined up on the buffet table, so you can enjoy whatever you like while waiting for your main dish to be prepared.
The soup is a vegan soup made with chickpea stock and mainly vegetables, making it very healthy. Even non-vegans can enjoy the deliciousness of the vegetables. In addition, we also offer non-allergen bread that has been made without 28 allergens during the manufacturing process, so that even those with gluten-free or allergies can eat it. For drinks of your choice, we recommend fresh orange juice, apple juice, and coffee blended and roasted by Kabuki, a coffee and chocolate shop in Misuji, Taito Ward.
