We are delighted to offer you a delicious, enjoyable, and educational kaiseki dining experience.

Please note that your dining experience at Chef Yuuki’s special live kitchen will begin for everyone simultaneously. Like at the opening of a play, we kindly ask that you arrive and be seated promptly at your reservation time to ensure the best experience for all guests.

Age Restrictions:
We kindly ask that parents refrain from bringing children under the age of 14.

Reservation Information:
Please note that all reservation times are in Japan Standard Time (JST).
Please double-check the time and date of your reservation to ensure accuracy. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any errors in reservation details.
When making your reservation, please select a kaiseki course for each guest.
Advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.
Any additional orders can be paid for at the restaurant during your visit.

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:
If you require a vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or pork-free meal, please book your reservation at least 5 days in advance.
If you have any allergies, food aversions, or dietary restrictions due to religious reasons, pregnancy, or the like, please list the specific ingredients in the "Requests" section .

Please note our reservation policy:
Reservations will be automatically canceled if guests are more than 15 minutes late.
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
Canceling 14 to 7 days before incurs a 10% fee.
Canceling 6 to 4 days before incurs a 50% fee.
Canceling from 3 days before up to the reservation day incurs a 100% fee.
*All calculations are based on Japan Standard Time (JST, UTC+9) and counted back from the reserved start time; for this policy, “1 day” equals 24 hours.

Other Notices:
No Perfume Policy: In consideration of other guests, and to fully enjoy the delicate flavors and aromas of our kaiseki cuisine, please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne.
