▶ From April to June and from September to November, we use quick-frozen black truffles. The freezing process deliberately breaks down the cell walls, allowing the rich umami and aromatic compounds trapped inside to be fully released. Enjoy this exceptional state—where the aroma is even more intense than that of fresh truffles.

▶ Children aged elementary school or younger may be accompanied only in private rooms. A KID plate can be prepared for them at 2,400 yen.

▶ Regarding dress code, we ask that guests adhere to smart casual attire.

▶ To fully savor the aroma of the truffles, please refrain from using perfume.

▶ Cancellation policy
In principle, our restaurant does not charge cancellation fees.
However, in cases of significant changes to the number of guests or last-minute changes to the reservation time without prior notice, cancellation fees may apply.
