A celebratory toast with a modern, non-alcoholic mirin tonic made from 馬場本店酒造の「最上白味醂」 (mirin).

This special lunch course showcases ingredients from Katori’s fertile land and local producers: farm-direct sweet potatoes from Kase Farm, organic vegetables paired with caviar and a fermentation-inspired sauce drawn from Sawara’s culinary traditions, and Shine Muscat grapes grown in Katori City. Enjoy a harmonious celebration of flavor and culture timed for the traditional festival.
