Reservations for the upcoming winter season will open simultaneously on the following date and time.

Winter Season Information

Winter Season: November 18, 2026 – April 4, 2027
Regular Closing Day: Tuesdays

Please note that we will be open daily from December 9, 2026, through March 1, 2027.

Winter Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees will be charged based on the scheduled reservation time, as follows:

48 hours or less before the reservation: 50%
24 hours or less before the reservation: 100%

Applicable charges:

Course reservations: The full course price per person
À la carte reservations: ¥7,000 per person

If the number of guests decreases on the day of the reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged for each guest who does not attend.

Please note that our winter cancellation policy differs from our summer policy.

Important Information Regarding Winter Reservations

Winter reservations will be accepted directly by the restaurant starting Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 1:00 PM (JST).

Same-day reservations can only be made by telephone.

1. Group Reservations and Same-Day Bookings

Online reservations are not available for groups of 8 or more guests or for same-day bookings. Please contact the restaurant directly.

2. Seating Time Limit

Seating is generally limited to two hours. If another reservation follows yours, we may ask you to vacate the table at the end of your allotted time. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Late Arrivals

If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your reservation time and we are unable to contact you, your reservation may be cancelled. If you expect to be late, please be sure to call the restaurant in advance.

4. Seating Requests

We will do our best to accommodate seating requests; however, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled. Thank you for your understanding.

5. Children Under 10

Children under the age of 10 are not permitted during the winter season.

6. Advance Orders for Large À la Carte Groups

Groups of 8 or more guests making à la carte reservations are required to place their orders in advance. Please select your dishes from the menu available on our official website.

7. Service Charge

Starting with the 2026 winter season, a 10% service charge will be added to the total bill. We appreciate your understanding.
