Due to store renovations, we will be closed for a while.
▶ For the sake of other customers’ reservations, if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
※ During busy periods, it may be very difficult to get through on the phone; please make sure to arrive by your reserved time.
▶ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
▶ Cancellations can only be requested via the reservation email—please cancel through that email.
▶ Please note that reservations cannot be made after 5 PM the day prior.

Payment at the store can be made in cash, by credit card, or via QR code payment (PayPay).
▶ A credit card must be registered at the time of booking.
※ This is not a prepayment; a $200 charge is applied to conduct a credit check.
※ The deposit collected at the time of booking will be refunded after your visit (or if you cancel before your reserved time).
▶ Payment is not finalized using the card registered during booking.
　Please settle the bill in person at the store on the day of your visit.
▶ Children aged elementary school and above are welcome.
▶ Each group is allowed to use their table for 70 minutes.
▶ Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to inquiries regarding allergy information provided during booking. If you have concerns, please contact us via DM on Instagram.
▶ We cannot accommodate vegan or vegetarian diets.
▶ Adults must order a meal for each person in their party.
