*Please be sure to arrive at the store at least 5 minutes before your reservation time*
▶Due to other customers' reservations, if more than 10 minutes have passed from the reservation time, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
*During busy times, it will be very difficult to connect by phone, so please be sure to wake up before your reservation time.
▶If you cancel without notice on the day of your reservation, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the meal for each person as a cancellation fee. ▶Cancellations are only accepted via reservation email, so please cancel via reservation email.
▶︎Please note that reservations will not be accepted after 5pm the day before.
You can pay at the store by cash, credit card, or QR payment (PayPay).
▶When making a reservation, you will need to register your credit card. *Since this is not an advance payment, we will conduct a credit check with a 50 yen debit.
▶Payment has not been completed with the card registered at the time of reservation. Please pay at the store on the day.
▶Children must be of elementary school age or older.
▶Seats can be used for 70 minutes per group.
▶Currently accepting reservations until May 31st.
▶Reservations for the following month will start on the 1st of every month.

[Conger eel and yuba shabu-shabu] Kyoto's summer tradition, conger eel cuisine. A new encounter between conger eel and yuba creates a gentle taste. The dashi stock is made with grated daikon radish and chrysanthemum to create a light sleet soup stock. [Golden egg bowl] The most popular bowl at Itsuki-chaya with its beautiful golden yolk. The "born" energy of the egg creates enjoyment and happiness for our customers. The combination of the carefully prepared dashi and the simmering egg is exceptional. [Eel hitsumabushi] Please enjoy with your favorite condiments and dashi stock. The soup stock is a blend of carefully selected bonito flakes, kelp, and tea. [Wagyu Thigh Steak Bowl] Carefully grilled A5 rank Wagyu thigh. It has a sweet sauce on it, so mix it up and enjoy. [Kyoto vegetable kamameshi] The umami and sweetness of summer Kyoto vegetables are confined and cooked to a moist and fluffy texture. A hearty kamameshi dish made with plenty of seasonal Kyoto vegetables. [Seafood hand-rolled bowl] You can choose 4 kinds of carefully selected seafood on a daily basis. Enjoy your favorite condiments and sashimi wrapped in seaweed. Rice - You can choose the size from large, medium and small. Rice can be refilled once. This is Itsukichaya's most popular rice bowl with its beautiful golden yolk. The energy of the egg's "birth" creates enjoyment and happiness for our customers. The carefully prepared broth and the melty eggs are an exceptional match.
・Kamameshi cooked with beef tendon and Kyoto vegetables
Wagyu beef tendon and seasonal chestnuts cooked in soup stock.
The flavor of the meat and the sweetness of seasonal chestnuts are ""the best"".

[Japanese beef grilled on a ceramic plate]
Wagyu beef packed with flavor is grilled on a ceramic plate. It will be cooked plump and juicy. Enjoy it with our homemade ponzu sauce and daily special sauce, along with grilled vegetables such as small turnips from Kyoto.
[Golden egg bowl topped with beef shigure]
This is an original dish from the Pontocho store, made with Itsukijaya's most popular golden egg bowl topped with carefully selected shigureni. Shigure-ni is made by slowly simmering domestic beef with ginger and a special sauce to lock in the rich flavor of the beef.
[Wagyu beef thighs and raw yuba rolls]
Luxurious Wagyu beef thighs are made rare and made into sushi rolls with condiments such as Kyoto's famous raw yuba, shiso leaves, and ginger. The soft meat and rich flavor will fill your mouth. Enjoy the harmony with the flavorful condiments.
