We've invited vegetable sommelier Sanada, with over 20 years of experience, to host an experiential lunch event where you can enjoy the charms of seasonal spring vegetables and wild plants while he explains the appeal.

By learning about the profound flavors and backgrounds of ingredients that herald the arrival of spring, such as bamboo shoots, kogomi, nobiru, and taros, you can experience the charms of cuisine in a richer way. Our special course menu features an abundance of seasonal ingredients, including Japanese Black Beef carefully selected by Chef Aso.

Enjoy a luxurious moment savoring the flavors of spring with all five senses, accompanied by a special one-day-only commentary.
