This is our signature menu where you can enjoy all of Jinen's recommended meat dishes! This is a thick-sliced steak course that uses three types of Omi beef thighs, aged beef rib roast, and carefully selected pork, all purchased from Minamikusatsu Sakaeya, and carefully grilled over charcoal.
