[About this course]
This is a special, all-beef course featuring carefully selected Omi beef, aged beef, and grass-fed beef. It includes items not offered in other courses, such as exceptionally fresh liver and heart. Enjoy the deep umami and rich aroma drawn out by the charcoal grill, paired with complementary wines.
We offer two portion options based on the amount of meat served from the hors d'oeuvres through the steaks. For those who want a hearty meal, choose 【Full】 totaling 450g; for a lighter experience, choose 【Light】 totaling 300g.
