Please note that we may not always be able to accommodate seat requests.
(Window seats are assigned based on reservation order, not arrival order.)
Menu changes on the day are possible; however, additional preparation time may be required.
Even for guests with reservations, we kindly ask that you wait outside the store until a staff member guides you inside.
During busy hours, reserved guests may also experience some waiting time. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Please note that arriving earlier than your reservation time does not guarantee immediate seating, and you may be asked to wait outside.
Due to the need to provide guidance in both Japanese and foreign languages, the order of guest assistance may occasionally change. We appreciate your understanding.
Large suitcases and carry-on luggage are not permitted inside the store, and we are unable to store them.
Payment for reservations is accepted on-site on the day of your visit.
Dinner course reservations only require advance payment.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation may be treated as canceled and a cancellation fee will apply.
(Our staff will call your name at the entrance before canceling your reservation. Please wait near the reservation line.)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time are subject to a cancellation fee of ¥1,500 per person.
Please make any reservation date or time changes online or by phone.
Phone changes are limited to one time only.
Please note that email responses may be delayed.
We may contact you regarding your reservation, so please provide a valid phone number and email address.
▶ About Your Visit
We kindly ask each guest to order at least one item.
If you would like to join the complimentary building tour, please inform our staff upon entering.
Strollers are not permitted inside the store.
Outside food, drinks, and smoking are prohibited.
We are unable to store or ship lost items.
