▶ About Reservations

Please note that we may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests. (Window seats will be assigned to guests in the order reservations are received.)
Menu changes on the day are possible; however, please be aware that it may take additional time to prepare your order.
Even if you have a reservation, we kindly ask that you wait outside the restaurant until a staff member comes to guide you.
During busy hours, there may be a short waiting time even for guests with reservations. We appreciate your understanding.
If you arrive earlier than your reserved time, we may not be able to seat you immediately, and you may be asked to wait outside.
Due to providing guidance in both Japanese and other languages, the order of guests waiting may change to ensure smooth service. Thank you for your understanding.
We are unable to store or allow carry-on luggage (such as suitcases) inside the restaurant.
Payment is accepted on-site on the day of your visit, even for reservations.
Dinner course meals only require advance payment.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be treated as canceled and a cancellation fee will be charged.
(In this case, we will call your name at the entrance to confirm your presence. If you are not present, your reservation will be canceled.)
Cancellations made on the day (within 24 hours) or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee of ¥1,500 per person.
Please make any changes to your reservation date or time yourself via the website or by phone. (Phone changes are limited to one time.) Email responses may be delayed.
We may contact you regarding your reservation. Please ensure you provide a valid email address and phone number where you can be reached.

We kindly ask each guest to order at least one item.
If you would like to join the complimentary facility tour, please inform a staff member upon entering.
Strollers are not permitted inside the restaurant.
Outside food and beverages, as well as smoking, are prohibited.
We are unable to store or ship lost items.
