▶About Reservations
・Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request. (We will assign window seats to customers who make reservations first.)
・Menu changes are possible on the day, but please allow additional time for your order to be served.
・Reservations are also accepted on the day of your appointment. *Prepayment is only accepted for dinner course meals.
・Duck congee is not available during cafe time (2:30 PM - 5:00 PM).
・Reservations made within 5 minutes of your reservation time will be considered a cancellation and a cancellation fee will be charged.
・Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation or without notice will incur a cancellation fee (¥1,500 per person).
・Please make any changes to your reservation online or by phone. Email requests may be delayed.
・We may contact you regarding your reservation. Please be sure to enter a contact address and phone number.

・Please order one item per person.
・Strollers are not permitted inside the restaurant. Thank you for your understanding.
・Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited.
・For reservations of six or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.
・We are unable to store or deliver lost items.
