▶About Reservations
・Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request. (We will seat customers by the windows first.)
・Menu changes are possible on the day, but if they are made, it will take some time for your order to be served.
・Even if you have a reservation, we ask that you wait outside until a staff member guides you.
・If you arrive earlier than your reservation time, we may not be able to seat you and you may have to wait outside.
・Due to the nature of our Japanese and foreign language guidance, please note that the queue may be rearranged to ensure a smooth service.
・We are unable to bring or store suitcases inside the restaurant.

・Customers with reservations must pay on the day.
*Prepayment is only accepted for dinner courses.
・If more than 5 minutes have passed since your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled and a cancellation fee will be charged.
(We will always call your name at this time. If you do not show up, your reservation will be canceled.)
- A cancellation fee of ¥1,500 per person will be charged for cancellations made on the day (within 24 hours) or without prior notice.
- Please change your reservation date and time yourself online or by phone. Email requests may be delayed.
- We may contact you regarding your reservation. Please be sure to enter a contact address and phone number.

- Please order one item per person.
- Strollers are not allowed inside the store. Thank you for your understanding.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited.
- For reservations of six or more people, please contact the store directly.
- We are unable to store or deliver any lost items.
