▶ Reservations
• Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seat preferences. (Regarding window seats, they will be assigned to customers who have made reservations in advance, rather than based on arrival order.)
• While menu changes are possible on the day of your visit, such changes may require additional time before service can be provided.
• Due to fluctuations in procurement costs, we may change our prices without prior notice. Please understand this in advance.
• Even if you have a reservation, please wait outside the restaurant until a staff member guides you in.
• During peak reservation times, even reserved guests may experience some waiting time. Please keep this in mind when making a reservation.
• Arriving earlier than your scheduled time may result in being asked to wait outside, as we cannot accommodate you immediately.
• Due to language considerations (Japanese and foreign languages), the order in which guests are served may vary slightly. Please understand this in advance.
• For all reservations, payment must be made on the day of your visit at the restaurant.
※ Only dinner course meals can be prepaid.
• If you fail to arrive within 5 minutes of your reserved time without notification, your reservation will be treated as canceled, and a cancellation fee will apply.
(In such cases, we will call out your name at the entrance or visually confirm your presence; if you’re not there, the reservation will be canceled. Please wait in the reservation line.)
• Cancellations on the same day (within 24 hours) incur a cancellation fee (1,500 yen per person).
• To change your reservation date/time, please do so online or by phone yourself. (Phone changes are allowed only once.) Email requests may result in delays.
• Reservations for 19:00 are subject to the café’s final order cutoff time; therefore, please arrive by 19:00. Failure to do so without prior notice will result in cancellation of your reservation. Please understand this in advance.
Additionally, since we close at 20:00, guests may be asked to leave by that time.
• We may contact you regarding your reservation. Please provide a valid email address and phone number where we can reach you.

▶ Usage Guidelines
• One item per person must be ordered.
• Strollers cannot be brought inside the restaurant. Please understand this in advance.
• We cannot allow or store suitcases inside the restaurant. Please keep this in mind.
• Bringing food or drinks from outside, as well as smoking, is prohibited.
• We cannot accept or return any lost items.
