▶ Reservations
• Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seat preferences. (Regarding window seats, they are assigned to customers who have made reservations in advance, rather than based on arrival order.)
• While menu changes on the day of visit are possible, they may require additional time before service can be provided.
• Due to fluctuations in procurement costs, we may change our prices without prior notice. Please understand this in advance.
• Even for reserved guests, please wait outside the restaurant until a staff member guides you in.
• During peak reservation times, even those with reservations may experience some waiting time. Please keep this in mind when making a reservation.
• Arriving earlier than your reserved time may result in being asked to wait outside, as we cannot accommodate you immediately.
• For smoother service, the order in which guests are served may vary slightly due to differences between Japanese and foreign language instructions. Please understand this in advance.
• Payment for all reservations must be made on the day of visit at the restaurant.
※ Only dinner course meals can be paid for in advance.
• If you arrive more than 5 minutes past your reserved time, your reservation will be treated as canceled and a cancellation fee will apply.
(In such cases, we will call out your name at the entrance to confirm your presence; if you do not respond, the reservation will be canceled. Please wait in the reservation line.)
• Cancellations on the same day (within 24 hours) incur a cancellation fee of 1,500 yen per person.
• To change your reservation date or time, please do so online or by phone yourself. (Phone changes are allowed only once.) Email requests may result in delays in processing.
• For reservations at 19:00, please note that this is the final order time; you must arrive by 19:00. Late arrivals may not be able to place orders, so please plan accordingly. Additionally, since we close at 20:00, guests may be asked to leave by that time.
• We may contact you regarding your reservation. Please provide a valid email address and phone number where we can reach you.

▶ Usage Guidelines
• One item must be ordered per person.
• Guests wishing to join a free tour of the premises should inform a staff member upon entry.
• Strollers cannot be brought inside the restaurant. Please understand this in advance.
• We cannot allow or store suitcases inside the restaurant. Please make arrangements accordingly.
• Bringing in food or drinks, as well as smoking, is strictly prohibited.
• We cannot accept or return lost items.
