The Omakase Course at Restaurant SAI is a carefully curated selection of seasonal ingredients at their peak freshness, presented as a multi-course meal.
Since this course utilizes seasonal ingredients and is served simultaneously to all guests, we are unable to make any modifications due to personal food preferences or dislikes other than food allergies. Please kindly understand this policy.
Depending on daily ingredient availability and the season, the menu items and number of courses may vary.

▶ The start time for meals varies depending on the season. Please check the timing before making your reservation.
▶ This course features seasonal ingredients prepared in a set menu format. Given that it is served simultaneously to all guests, we cannot accommodate requests for substitutions due to personal food preferences, in order to ensure food safety. We appreciate your understanding.
▶ If the lead guest or any accompanying diners have food allergies, please consult us at least one week prior to the reservation date and provide detailed information regarding those allergies. Please note that we cannot prevent cross-contamination; please be aware of this in advance. Requests for substitutions due to non-allergic food preferences cannot be accommodated.
▶ Depending on daily ingredient availability and the season, there may be changes to the menu items or number of courses.
▶ For beverages, we offer a set of four alcoholic drinks or a glass of today’s recommended drink; non-alcoholic options are also available. Please be sure to order at least one drink per person.
▶ While we do our best to accommodate seating requests, we may not always be able to fulfill them; please understand this in advance.
▶ If we are unable to reach you 15 minutes past your scheduled reservation time, we may unfortunately have to treat it as a cancellation. Should you be late, please be sure to inform us.

▶ Regarding cancellations or changes, cancellation fees apply based on the following schedule, calculated from the scheduled arrival time:
48 hours prior to arrival: 100% of the reservation fee
72 hours prior to arrival: 50% of the reservation fee
7 days prior to arrival: 30% of the reservation fee

＜Orders for bottles of wine / Bringing your own wine＞
We do not allow guests to bring in food, drinks, or wine, nor do we accept orders for bottled wine. Thank you for your understanding.
Children are only allowed to enter the restaurant if they are able to eat the same meal as adults. Please include them in your booking.
If you have any food allergies, please inform us at least three days before your reservation date. Please provide detailed information about your allergies. Please note that we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.

Also, if it is a birthday or other celebration, please provide the name of the person being celebrated.

We offer a year-round shuttle service in the Lake Saiko area.

We will pick you up and drop you off at your accommodation or other commercial facilities in the Lake Saiko area using our SAI shuttle vehicle.
This shuttle service is free of charge.
When making your reservation, please enter the name, address, and contact information of your accommodation in the comments section.

*Please inform us at least three days before your reservation.
*If the road is narrow or difficult to navigate, we will drop you off at the main road. For villa areas, we will drop you off at the gate.
*Maximum passenger capacity is four people.
*We only provide shuttle service to your designated commercial facility; no stops along the way are possible.
