Restaurant SAI's "Omakase Course" is a course meal made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients that are at their most delicious at that time of year.
As we use seasonal ingredients and start the meal all at once, we are unable to accommodate changes to the menu due to food allergies or other intolerances. We ask for your understanding.

As the menu is made up of seasonal ingredients and starts all at once, we are unable to accommodate changes to the menu due to food allergies, in consideration of food safety. We appreciate your understanding.
▶If the person making the reservation has any food allergies, or if any of their accompaniments have any food allergies, please be sure to let us know at least one week before the reservation date. Please provide detailed information about the allergy. Please also note that we cannot accommodate food contamination requests.
We do not accept inquiries regarding ingredients other than allergies.

▶If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.

▶For cancellations and changes, the following cancellation fees will be charged, calculated from the date and time of your arrival:
48 hours prior to arrival: 100% of the reservation fee
72 hours prior to arrival: 50% of the reservation fee
7 days prior to arrival: 30% of the reservation fee

● "San" (氵山) - Non-alcoholic - ¥10,000 (tax included)
● A mix of "Shu" and "San" is also available - ¥10,000 (tax included). Please let us know on the day of your visit.

<Regarding bringing your own wine>
● This is limited to customers who have visited us two or more times.
⚫ If you bring your own wine, you will be seated in a private room. A private room fee and corkage fee will be charged separately.
Children are only allowed to enter the restaurant if they are able to eat the same meal as adults. Please include them in your booking.
If you have any food allergies, please inform us at least three days before your reservation date. Please provide detailed information about your allergies. Please note that we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.

Also, if it is a birthday or other celebration, please provide the name of the person being celebrated.

We offer a year-round shuttle service in the Lake Saiko area.

We will pick you up and drop you off at your accommodation or other commercial facilities in the Lake Saiko area using our SAI shuttle vehicle.
This shuttle service is free of charge.
When making your reservation, please enter the name, address, and contact information of your accommodation in the comments section.

*Please inform us at least three days before your reservation.
*If the road is narrow or difficult to navigate, we will drop you off at the main road. For villa areas, we will drop you off at the gate.
*Maximum passenger capacity is four people.
*We only provide shuttle service to your designated commercial facility; no stops along the way are possible.
