Restaurant SAI's "Omakase Course" is a course meal made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients that are at their most delicious at that time of year.
As we use seasonal ingredients and start the meal all at once, we are unable to accommodate changes to the menu due to food allergies or other intolerances. We ask for your understanding.
The menu and number of dishes may change depending on the day's supply and the season.

▶The menu is made up of courses using seasonal ingredients.
As the menu is made up of seasonal ingredients and starts all at once, we are unable to accommodate changes to the menu due to food allergies, in consideration of food safety. We appreciate your understanding.
▶If the person making the reservation has any food allergies, or if any of their accompaniments have any food allergies, please be sure to let us know at least one week before the reservation date. Please provide detailed information about the allergy. Please also note that we cannot accommodate food contamination requests.
We do not accept inquiries regarding ingredients other than allergies.

▶Drinks are available in pairings with the dinner course, non-alcoholic pairings, and our sommelier's recommendations of the day.

▶If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.

▶For cancellations and changes, the following cancellation fees will be charged, calculated from the date and time of your arrival:
48 hours prior to arrival: 100% of the reservation fee
72 hours prior to arrival: 50% of the reservation fee
7 days prior to arrival: 30% of the reservation fee

SAI biedt het hele jaar door een shuttleservice aan in de omgeving van het Saiko-meer.

We halen u op en brengen u terug naar uw accommodatie of andere commerciële voorzieningen in de omgeving van het Saiko-meer met onze eigen shuttlebus.

Deze shuttleservice is gratis.

Vermeld bij uw reservering de naam, het adres en de contactgegevens van uw accommodatie in het opmerkingenveld.

*Informeer ons minimaal drie dagen voor uw reservering.

*Als de weg smal of moeilijk begaanbaar is, zetten we u af op de hoofdweg. Bij villa's zetten we u af bij de ingang.

*Maximale passagierscapaciteit is vier personen.

*We bieden alleen shuttleservice aan naar de door u aangewezen commerciële voorziening; tussenstops zijn niet mogelijk.
