<Spring is in full bloom! GRIP Anniversary Course> Fresh and crunchy asparagus is quickly boiled and served with mascarpone dip. Fresh mushrooms are slowly cooked with garlic and herbs. I finished it off with charcoal to give it a fragrance. This dish has an exquisite accent of Japanese pepper. We have prepared a course that normally costs 10,000 yen for only 8,000 yen for members.
