● All seats are private rooms.
There is no charge for private room fees when making a reservation via our booking form or by phone.

● Cancellation, date changes, and party size changes are subject to the following fees:
・From 8:00 PM three days prior to 7:59 PM the day before: 60% of the course fee
・From 8:00 PM the day before to the day of the reservation: 100% of the course fee

● Cancellation policy for private events
For private event reservations, cancellations, date changes, or party size changes made after 8:00 PM one week prior to the scheduled date will incur a fee equal to 100% of the course price.

● Cancellation policy for December reservations
For reservations in December, cancellations, date changes, or party size changes made after 8:00 PM five days prior to the scheduled date will incur a fee equal to 100% of the course price.

※ Please check the website’s Information section regarding year-end/New Year holidays and Obon holidays.
※ In cases of severe weather or natural disasters causing major disruptions to public transportation, we will handle each situation flexibly.

● Changing the course selection
Please make any changes by 8:00 PM three days prior to your visit.

● Making last-minute changes to a reservation
Please contact us by phone prior to your visit.

● Service charge
A service charge of 10% of the food and beverage total will be added.

● Reservations for children
Available for children aged 13 and older.
Please note that if you are accompanied by a child aged 13 or younger upon arrival, you will be denied entry.

We are unable to provide a refund in such cases, so we ask for your understanding in advance.
