▶Menu contents may change depending on the season and the availability of ingredients.
▶Reservations are required. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request.
▶Lunch seats are limited to 2 hours, and afternoon tea seats are limited to 1.5 hours.
▶Children: Children aged 6 and over are allowed at lunchtime and afternoon teatime, and children aged 13 and over are allowed at dinnertime.
▶During peak seasons, restaurant reservations may be limited to guests staying at the hotel only.
▶There is a fee for bringing wine, alcoholic beverages, etc. into the restaurant.
▶All seats are non-smoking, but there is a smoking area outdoors.
▶The hotel garden is a zone reserved for guests staying at the hotel, so please refrain from visiting. There are no waiting facilities such as a lobby or shop, so please arrive at the time of your reservation.
▶Dress code: Smart casual. Please refrain from wearing casual attire such as shorts and sandals.
*During the summer season (May 1st to September 30th), casual attire is permitted. However, please refrain from wearing revealing clothing or tank tops.
▶When making a reservation, we ask that you enter your credit card information. The credit card information you enter when making a reservation will be temporarily held in order to guarantee your reservation. Please pay for food and drink on the day at the store. Even if you make a reservation on someone else's behalf, we ask that you guarantee your reservation with your credit card information. Please be sure to inform us at the time of reservation that you will be requesting payment from customers who will be visiting on the day.
▶Cancellation policy
If you cancel your reservation or change the number of people, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
If you arrive less than 24 hours before your visit: 100% of the fee
If you arrive less than 48 hours before your visit: 80% of the fee
If you arrive less than 3 days (72 hours) before your visit: 50% of the fee
▶If we are unable to contact you within 60 minutes of your reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.
