Reservation Notice

*Initially, we will only be accepting customers who are junior high school age and older. Thank you for your understanding.

Reservation Information and Disclaimer
▶︎Our restaurant charges a service charge (10%).
▶︎Courses are served at the same time for all guests. If you arrive after the scheduled start time, you may be seated partway through the course. Thank you for your understanding.
▶︎If you arrive after your reservation time, we may not be able to extend the end time. If more than 15 minutes have passed since your reservation time without prior notice, your reservation may be considered cancelled.
▶︎We will do our best to accommodate allergies and disliked ingredients, but depending on the timing and structure of your reservation (e.g., on our regular closing days or last-minute reservations), we may not be able to fulfill your request.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows from 3 days prior to your reservation date. Because we prepare seats, ingredients, and staff in advance according to your reservation, we require prepayment of the price including service charge. In case of cancellation, you will be required to pay the full amount including the service charge. Thank you for your understanding.

- 3 days prior / 2 days prior: 50% of the reservation fee

- 1 day prior / On the day of: 100% of the reservation fee

Our shop's floors have a delicate finish that takes advantage of the soft texture unique to plastering.
To maintain the texture for as long as possible, we would appreciate it if you would refrain from visiting in high heels. (Indoor slippers are available for loan.)
Also, please note that there are steps, so wheelchairs and other wheelchair-accessible items will need to be left with us.
