※Please make sure to arrive at the store at least 5 minutes before your reserved time.※
▶ Due to scheduling constraints with other customers’ reservations, if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your reserved time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
※During busy periods, it may be very difficult to get through on the phone, so please ensure you arrive on time.※
▶ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved time will incur a 100% cancellation fee. You can cancel your reservation yourself via the reservation email.
▶ Please note that reservations cannot be made after 5 PM the day prior.

Payment at the store must be made in cash only.
▶ A credit card registration is required when making a reservation.
※ This is not a prepayment; a $200 charge will be applied for credit verification purposes.
※ The deposit collected at the time of booking will be refunded after your visit (or if you cancel before your reserved time).
▶ Payment is not finalized using the card registered during booking. Please pay in cash on the day of your visit.
▶ For groups of 7 or more people, please make separate reservations for groups of 3 and 4, respectively.
▶ If children are ordering the same menu items as adults, please count them as adults in your reservation.
▶ Each group is allotted 65 minutes at their table.
▶ Currently, we are accepting reservations through September 30.
▶ Reservations for the following month will become available around 10 AM on the 1st of each month.
▶ Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to inquiries regarding allergies submitted during booking. If you have concerns, please contact us via DM on Instagram.
▶ We cannot accommodate vegan or vegetarian requests.
▶ Please order one set meal per adult.
▶ If you’d like a set meal along with dessert, please contact us via Instagram or call the store directly to discuss this.
