Chef Kitano of the Italian restaurant "malca," who is an unrivaled tonkatsu lover, has created "a tonkatsu restaurant that tonkatsu lovers really want to go to."

This a la carte menu offers a variety of dishes to choose from, including pork cutlets made from branded pork, fried seasonal fish and vegetables, pickled vegetables to cleanse your palate, ramen to finish off your meal, and desserts to cleanse your palate. You can choose a set meal, or enjoy some fried food with alcohol, or just eat as much as you like.
