Private rental plans can be reserved two months in advance.
Staff will check availability and send you a link for prepayment.

<b>【Important Notes for Visiting】
▶Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
▶Please note that we are unable to provide restroom facilities.
▶All tickets are for 30 minutes (including entry and exit). Latecomers will not be given an extension.
▶Our cafe operates on a strict rotation system. Entry begins 5 minutes before the cafe closes. There is no waiting area, so you must line up outside before entering. Entry is 5 minutes before closing.
▶Please be sure to read the terms and conditions before enjoying the cafe.
Please note that due to the capybaras' circumstances, there may be fewer capybaras or they may not be in the cafe.
