▶If you have not arrived within 30 minutes of your reservation time and we are unable to contact you, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation. Please contact us if you expect to be late.
▶For reservations of 9 or more guests in a private room, 6 or more guests at the counter, or a reservation for 1 guest, please contact the restaurant directly.

A cancellation fee of 30% applies two days before the reservation, 50% on the day before, and 100% on the day of the reservation.

Beginning quietly with seasonal seafood and vegetables, this is Kinmata’s signature premium wagyu kaiseki course, in which you can savor a variety of carefully selected Japanese Black wagyu in the latter half of the meal.
In this course, we also offer a special sirloin dish, chateaubriand steak, and tempura of Ise lobster and abalone.
Please enjoy a luxurious moment, enhanced by the freshly fried aroma and the rich flavors of the sea.

A special kaiseki unique to Kinmata, created for those who wish to indulge in the finest treasures of the sea.
Centered around spiny lobster, prized for its rich umami and natural sweetness, and abalone, known for its tender texture and deep aroma, this course is composed to highlight the bounty of the season throughout.

Our chef carefully selects the very best ingredients of the day and prepares each dish with traditional technique and refined sensitivity.
Rare delicacies from the sea, including sea urchin, also appear throughout the course, bringing surprise and delight with every bite.

Please enjoy this supreme seafood kaiseki, perfectly suited for business entertaining, anniversaries, or any special moment shared with someone important.

Magbasa pa

Summer in Kyoto starts with "Hamo" conger eel dishes and ends with conger eel dishes. It is especially popular during the Gion Festival, and is also called the "Homo Matsuri". We would like to offer “Conger eel Dim Sum” at great price, so that everyone can enjoy delicious conger eel this summer. We serve carefully selected domestic conger eels. Generally, 300g to 400g of conger eel is used, but we use 600g to 700g. This fish needs special techniques called honekiri, cutting bones into small pieces, to make it edible. We serve bigger ones, so that it tastes good but has stronger bones. Although it requires well skilled chef techniques, we wish you to enjoy the very best of it.

In Kyoto, summer begins and ends with hamo, or pike conger, cuisine. It is especially popular during the Gion Festival season, which is sometimes even called the “Hamo Festival.”

This summer, we are pleased to offer our Hamo Tenshin so that our guests can enjoy truly delicious seasonal hamo.

At Kinmata, we serve hamo dishes using carefully selected domestic pike conger chosen by our chef-owner.
While hamo weighing around 300g to 400g is commonly used, we use larger hamo weighing approximately 600g to 700g. This allows us to serve thicker, more flavorful pieces, expertly bone-cut by our skilled chefs.

We warmly invite you to enjoy this seasonal Kyoto delicacy.

This course is offered at either a private room with table seating or the counter, and seating cannot be selected.
It is a special-value course that allows you to enjoy premium hamo at an attractive price.

Available only in summer.
Please note that sales will be temporarily suspended on July 16 and 17 during the Gion Festival, from August 11 to 17 during the Obon period, and from September 19 to 23 during Silver Week, as the price of hamo rises significantly during these dates.

For this course only, guests cannot select their seating under any circumstances.
