※Please arrive at the store at least 5 minutes before your reserved time.※
▶ Due to scheduling constraints with other customers’ reservations, if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your reserved time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
※During busy periods, it may be very difficult to get through on the phone, so please make sure to arrive on time.
▶ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
▶ Cancellations can only be requested via the reservation email; please cancel using that email.
▶ Please note that reservations cannot be made after 5 PM the day prior.

Payment at the store can be made in cash, by credit card, QR code payment, transportation IC cards, or electronic money.
▶ A credit card must be registered at the time of booking.
※ This is not a prepayment; a $200 charge will be applied for credit verification purposes.
※ The deposit collected at booking will be refunded after your visit (or if the reservation is canceled before the scheduled time).
▶ The payment process is not completed via the card registered during booking.
　Please settle the payment in person at the store on the day of your visit.
▶ For groups of 7 or more people, please make separate reservations for groups of 3 and 4, respectively.
▶ For groups of 5–6 people, seats may be separated.
▶ If children are ordering the same menu items as adults, please count them as adults in your reservation.
▶ Each group is allowed to use their table for 50 minutes.
▶ In July, the store will be closed on the 1st, 8th, and 13th; walk-in customers are welcome on those days.
▶ Unfortunately, we cannot respond to inquiries regarding allergies submitted during booking. Those with concerns are encouraged to contact us via DM on Instagram.
▶ We are unable to accommodate vegan or vegetarian requests.
▶ Adults must order one set meal per person.
▶ Customers planning to use ANATAE gift vouchers must answer question number 3 in the form.
