Seating Time: Two-seating system (maximum 2 hours from the reserved time)

Due to popular demand from last season,
the Yakiniku Course featuring Fresh Sea Urchin and Kobe Beef,
as well as the Special Yakiniku Course featuring White Truffle and Kobe Beef,
will be available starting December 13.

<Important Notes Regarding Reservations>

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Reservations for two guests may be seated at the counter.

Any reduction in the number of guests, regardless of the reason, is subject to the cancellation policy.
Please make changes as early as possible.

Before making a reservation, please be sure to review the TableCheck cancellation policy and Q&A section.

A reservation is completed only after all of the following steps are completed:
entering required information → agreeing to the cancellation policy → registering a credit card → pressing the confirmation button.

A reservation confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered.
Please ensure that emails from the “tablecheck.com” domain can be received.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact Kobetei by email to confirm your reservation.
Cancellations due to reasons such as “email not received” or “not reflected in the app” will not be accepted.

The cancellation policy applies even in cases of double booking.
Please take care when making multiple reservations.

<Cancellation Policy>

Cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation time: 50% of the reservation amount

Cancellation within 24 hours, or no-show: 100% of the reservation amount
(including reductions in the number of guests)

Group reservations (9 guests or more):
100% from 48 hours prior (including reductions in the number of guests)

<Important Information Regarding Cancellations>

Cancellations can be made only via the link provided in the reservation confirmation email.
(If you do not receive the email, please contact Kobetei by email to request the link to be resent.)

Cancellations by phone or email are not accepted.

A cancellation is considered complete only after written confirmation is issued by our restaurant.

If you fail to arrive without notice and more than 20 minutes have passed since your reservation time,
the reservation will be treated as a no-show and 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card registered at the time of reservation.

For debit card refunds, please contact your card issuer directly.

Cancellation Fee Rates

24 hours prior: 100%

48 hours prior: 50%

A valid credit card is required for this reservation.
To verify card validity, a small authorization hold of ¥200 will be placed
(this amount will be refunded after your visit).
