Enjoy dishes made with game and other seasonal ingredients, along with carefully selected sake, wine, and tea, all of which are naturally delicious and healthy.


Japanese fermentation techniques have been passed down since ancient times. Hiroaki Tokuyama, owner of Tokuyama Sushi, located on the shores of Lake Yogo in Shiga Prefecture, has perfected and refined them.


We also offer Tokuyama Sushi's specialty, "Nakazushi," which is difficult to find in Tokyo.
