▶About cancellations
・Cancellation fees will be charged 50% if cancelled 5 days or more in advance, 75% if cancelled 3 days or more to 2 days before, and 100% if cancelled the day before or on the day of the reservation.
If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation, your reservation may be automatically cancelled, so please be sure to contact us.<red>

We serve a pristine L‑bone steak, kept whole with the bone in and never vacuum‑packed, dry‑aged intact and grilled over charcoal.
Each week our owner attends auctions pursuing the 1–2% of Kobe beef that represent the very pinnacle of meat quality.
Because the distributor rarely ships to Tokyo or other prefectures, this authentic, locally available supreme steak is often not found in Kanto or elsewhere — please take this opportunity to taste it.
