▶ Cancellation Policy
Cancellations on the day of the reservation (after 0:00) will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the course price. Additionally, if no contact is made and you are more than 1 hour late, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and no refunds will be issued. Please note this in advance. Should you be delayed by 30 minutes or more on the day of your visit, please be sure to inform us. ※Please also refer to our Cancellation Policy.

▶ Changes After Making a Reservation
Any changes requested after 18:00 the day prior must be communicated to us by phone.

▶ Credit Card Information
Your credit card information is temporarily held to secure your reservation. The cost of meals and drinks on the day must be paid at the restaurant. The amount held varies depending on the credit card issuer, but it is typically released back to your account within a few days to several weeks after your visit.
However, with debit cards, the funds are deducted immediately at the time of booking; thus, the refund process begins on the day of your visit and may take several weeks to complete, depending on the financial institution. For details regarding refund timing, please contact your bank or card issuer directly.
