Located in Hirafu, Niseko, on the first floor of the Chatrium Hotel,
“The Flats. Restaurant/Bar” will open a limited-time sushi counter at the back of the Bar space.
Guests can enjoy sushi prepared to order using carefully selected seafood sourced from Hokkaido’s local markets and Tokyo’s Toyosu Market.

【Notice from The Flats. Sushi】
・Please note that we may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests.
・If you will be late for your reservation, please contact us.
・If more than 15 minutes have passed from your reservation time, your reservation may be treated as canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
・Traffic congestion in the surrounding area can be heavy. If you are coming by car or bus, please allow extra time for your journey.

【Cancellations】
Payment should be made at the restaurant on the day of your visit.
In the case of a no-show or cancellation during the penalty period, a cancellation fee of JPY 10,000 will be charged to the credit card provided.

【Service Charge】
A 10% service charge will be added.

【Children】
Due to the limited number of seats, we regret that children are not permitted.
